If you follow the course of conflicts around the world, we see that conflicts pass over our heads and go to other countries.<\/p>\n

We need to make Turkey an arbitration country for the large geography and business people from many different countries who have turned their attention to Turkey and create a strong arbitration economy. ISTA was established to contribute to the resolution of disputes in Turkey without going to London, Singapore or Dubai. Stakeholders that do not need the presence of the state for their business and contracts can resolve their disputes through arbitration and other alternative methods without going to state courts. Turkey needs to diversify the methods, improve the quality and build trust.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
