ISTA brings its members together under the “ISTA Arbitrator List” and aims to facilitate the parties involved in dispute in terms of arbitrator selection and to give prominence to qualified practitioners.

For this purpose, ISTA has published “Arbitrator Qualification Criteria” and “Arbitators’ Code of Ethics“. In order to be included in the list, the practitioners are required to comply with the mandatory criteria and undertake to abide by the ethics rules.
